My story
I'm a first-generation American, and I grew up in a mostly white neighborhood always wanting to be someone else. Someone different. I wanted to feel less, take up less space, be less "so much." I put everyone else first so I wouldn't rock the boat, and I kept the peace at my own expense.
That pattern followed me into my romantic relationships, and eventually it bled into my career too. I was a great employee. I climbed the corporate ladder and worked myself well past the point of exhaustion.
Then came a recurring dream, and a quiet voice inside it telling me it was time to birth a new path. I had no idea where that path would take me. I just knew I had to follow it and throw myself fully into the unknown.
Fast forward to today, and I feel like I've lived many, many lives. I quit my corporate job, started traveling, and along the way fell in love with Human Design, somatics, movement and water. I believe they're the staples of a healthy, vibrant life.
I trained through the International Human Design School (IHDS) and with Erin Claire Jones, where I became an Advanced Certified Human Design Analyst. Her grounded, expansive way of teaching shaped how I talk about this work today.
The chart showed me the map. My body was the part that had to learn to trust it.
Along the way I completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training. I did it to understand the mind and body more deeply, so I could go deeper with my clients. Since 2021, I've worked with 50+ clients from around the world.
Why the body became part of the work
Over and over, I watched people leave a session lit up, then slide back into old patterns a few weeks later. The insight was real. Their nervous system just hadn't caught up yet.
That's why, starting November 8, I'm training as an IC™ Psychosomatic Practitioner™ through the Integrative Psychology Institute. It's a clinically rigorous, research-backed framework most wellness coaches have never even heard of.
IC™ is built on decades of research into how the body holds experience. This is the frontier of modern psychology, and it goes far deeper than surface-level breathwork.
Every Blueprint session I run follows the IC™ model. You're working inside a clinically grounded framework with decades of research behind it, so nothing about your session is guesswork.
My approach
I'm not here to tell you who you are or hand you a rulebook for living. Your chart describes you; it doesn't define you. My job is to help you notice your patterns, get curious about them, and build enough awareness that your choices start to feel more like yours.
Sessions are informal in tone and real in impact. I read the person as much as the chart. We move at the pace your body can actually handle, because pushing past it just teaches the old pattern again.
